What is the upfront cost and risk having a smart machine installed?

There is NO COST AND NO RISK with having a machine installed. We want to invest in you and provide a world class amenity to enhance your business.

What services are included in your vending management?

We handle equipment installation, stocking, maintenance, and customer support for a hassle-free hands off experience. We also offer other services at request if necessary for smooth operation.

Can I customize the snack selection for my vending machines?

Yes, we tailor product choices based on your preferences and customer demand to maximize satisfaction. We love to hear feedback on what products you’d like to see rotated in and out or become main stays.

How do you know when to restock?

Our machines track inventory in real time so we can see what’s selling, what’s sold out and what isn’t selling. We use that information to plan our routes to restock sold product and to swap in fresh new options.

What brands of machines do you use?

Currently we partner with Micromart, 365 retail markets, HAHA vending, and Genius Vend. If you are looking for another type of machine let us know what you’re looking for so we can best choose the machine for your location.

What types of products can you stock?

Smart vending machines are not limited like the previous generation of machines. We can stock full size drinks, snacks, medicines, home products and more. Anything that can fit in the machines, we can sell!

Do you offer pre made meals?

No, currently we do not have the capability to offer pre made meals such as sandwiches or salads. However, we are looking into it and you do not need to swap out machines once we’ve unlocked that capability.

How big are the smart vending machines?

They take up less than a standard refrigerators worth of space and do not need specialized outlets for power. All it takes is a single outlet from a standard wall outlet. The machines are very power efficient and compact.
